Stephen Grover Cleveland (1837 - 1908) is the only person to be elected President for two non-consecutive terms (1885 - 1889 and 1893 - 1897). Prior to becoming President, Cleveland served as the Mayor of Buffalo New York, and later as Governor of New York. This work brings together President Cleveland's four State of the Union Addresses delivered between 1893 and 1896.
