Mark's Magic Farmyard and Other Stories

"Mark's Magic Farmyard and Other Stories" is a collection of children's short stories aimed at 6-11 year olds. Using a combination of humour, animals and quirky creatures such as a banana wearing dark glasses in "Nanny Nana Loves Snuggle Buggles," this collection deals in a sensitive and fun way with issues facing young people, from friendship, acceptance of other's differences and also poses moral questions and lessons in an engaging read with illustrator Jenny Pixie Ward's pictures that bring each story fittingly to life. The final story, "Don't Blame the Teacher," is a result of a fictional tale, orally told to her by the author's seven year old son, Samuel Fenwick and completes the collection.
