A Baptism by Fire

It's been fifty years since the unprovoked human invasion into the Elvish kingdom of Okeawodal. The invaders won more than just captured land in that war: They made off with two of the prized crown jewels. The King of the elves himself has charged Faeranduil, a ranger of exceptional skill, with the task of infiltrating the human realms and retrieving these precious artifacts. This will not be an easy mission. The humans distrust and despise the elves, and when he is captured he faces a forced march south to be given up to be a slave.
