This is a manual for African Hometown Associations based on the Annang Heritage Model. The book explores the Annang history and suggests how to organize local chapters, the treatment of issues of domestic violence, diversity and leadership. Though the book is specific and intentional about the Annangs, African immigrant communities trying to organize both at home and abroad may find the book useful as they try to organize.
