The Iron Writer Challenge premise is a friendly weekly challenge, where four to six authors write their own five hundred word flash fiction story, incorporating four given elements. Every Thursday the stories are posted on the website and a winner is announced the following Thursday. The elements are meant to be fun, yet demanding. Sometimes the prompts are as easy as 'rock', 'paper', 'scissors' and 'shaving cream'. Or they can be difficult, seemingly impossible.
