Sheero In the Making Workbook - Loving Yourself is the seventh in a series of workbooks. The purpose of this workbook is for women, and girls to understand just how important it is to love yourself. It is so easy to get wrapped up into what family thinks about you, what society thinks about you, what friends think about you, etc. and it can be forgotten that what matters most is what you think about yourself. You must love yourself completely, flaws and all, before you can even begin to love someone else. This workbook is a tool that was designed to get women, and girls, to start thinking about what love is to them and what self-love consists of. I believe that once someone can figure that out they are on the right track to living a fulfilling life without the approval from others.
