Contributor Bio: Coleman, David DAVID COLEMAN is the founder and conference chairman for the Groupware ' 9X conferences and Expo held annually in Boston, London, and San Jose. He is editor of "GroupTalk," the newsletter of workgroup computing, and architect of the "Business Transformation Game," a role-playing simulation that uses groupware to teach collaboration skills. He is also a principal at Collaborative Strategies, a San Francisco-based groupware consulting firm.
