Contributor Bio:  Doukidis, Georgios For the last ten years, Professor Doukidis has led the ELTRUN Research Group (www.eltrun.aueb.gr) , one of the largetst and most innovative research and development gropus in e-Business in European Business Schools, with 35 researchers, three spin-offs and ten current European projects with more than 40 research and development gropus, woth more than $4 million and financed by the EU. The expertise of ELTRUN spans the whole ranges of new economy applications and services, from digital interactive television to knowlege management and from mobile commerce business models and strategies to employment studies in the Information Economy. Professor Doukidis has taught at the London School of Economics and since 1995 he has been a Visiting Professor at Brunel University in the UK and is currently Director of the Global eManagement MBA Program (GeM). Contributor Bio:  Mylonopoulos, Nikolaos Mylonopoulos is Assistant Professor of Information Systems at ALBA, Greece. Contributor Bio:  Pouloudi, Nancy Nancy Pouloudi is an expert in stakeholder analysis in the context of complex IT strategy making and implementation. She is currently workin gon devising relevant policies for the development of eBusiness in Europe, as part of two large European projects: SEED and CEBOS. Dr. Pouloudi holds a Ph.
