Between God and Warriors

Warriors walk a lonely post on an overlooked and dismissed battlefield. The burdens carried by these warriors are born in silence and loneliness. These warriors make self sacrifices of material things which are dear to their hearts in this life. There are loved ones waiting and depending upon the sacrifices these warriors will make while walking this lonely outpost guarding the gates to those that they love. There is the warmth and comfort of a familiar home which has been sacrificed to walk the guardian post, standing as a first and last defense to things which are valued above all else in this life. No one, save God witnesses the bitterness of the assaulting forces which these warriors will strive to prevail against in their battle to protect those who are waiting and depending upon them. God alone knows the sacrifices of physical lusts, fleshy pleasures and material wealth's which theses warriors resist in order to walk the lonely post and serve God. Some warriors will find it necessary to kill other humans. As these warriors stand up to the tremendous burdens and sacrifices while walking this lonely post waiting for the battles to end, they can not help but wonder where their place will be found in the kingdom of heaven when God makes the final role call on the day of judgment.
