Toby Hayden shows up to the only interview he's gotten in two years sopping wet from a stormy day and a broken umbrella. Concierge Merrick Hamilton shakes his hand for luck and bolsters his self-confidence. Quickly proving his aptitude, Toby lands the job and impresses his bosses.
