The Silent Pool

Simon Brookes, a young researcher of the paranormal, comes to investigate the strange case of Denise, a young girl channelling automatic writing from the past - but far from helping Denise, his arrival complicates the situation even more. Denise becomes obsessed with Simon and events take unexpected turns as the paranormal phenomena become tangled up with the emotional tensions between Denise and those around her. Denise is increasingly drawn to the mysterious Silent Pool near her house, its murky depths reflecting the mystery of whether the girl in the writing is really a dead spirit, part of Denise herself - or some more sinister power.
