Tyche's Shadow

When the first manned mission to Mars ends in catastrophe, NASA rushes to put another ship on its surface. The crew is only charged with two things; bring back samples and prepare for death. Equipped with a baseline expectation of what awaits, Dr. Mary O'Dowd faces off inhospitable conditions, violent and uncaring life forms, and a crew as disposable as napkins. It only makes matters worse when the voices in her head appear.
