This book is about implementation of change and the implementation journey in 3 parts: from A to B, plan for A to B and implementing from A to B. No change without an implementation journey, although the implementation does not always have to be a formal process. Unfortunately this book is not about magic or the golden methodology to succeed in every change journey. There is no golden method of implementing any strategy, plan, change or activity and always succeed. This book provides practical guidance and tips to realize benefits and implement change into an organization.
