This idea pulls from the resources, statistics, and issues from my previous publication Heir to the Invisible Throne Syndrome: Sports Development and the American Dream. Binding Heir to the Invisible Throne Syndrome (H. I. T. S) and The Need for Social Workers in Sport for Development (N. S. W. S. D). This is a theoretical idea of a perfect functioning social work and sport for development environment through Sport Life Association of Betterment (SLAB) that will provide Sport Life Betterment Coaches to athletes at all universities and possibly on a professional level. S. L. A. B: derived from the method of creating shapes in pottery. Slab Method of making pottery in which a thick, flat plate, or slice, of clay is cut into shapes which are joined to form an object. Social work and sport for development are the objects that needs to join forces to create slab method athletes who are able to handle their pressurized environment and to have a better after sports life. It is time to join the pieces.
