Operation Hell's Bells

Captain Ingals, serving as Civil Affairs officer of US Army Caribbean Command in the Canal Zone summons Sergeant Kike Avilés in the dining facility. Tasked to coordinate a Blue Dossier security plan to contain civil disturbances in the Panama area, the officer can't remember where he lost the satchel containing information you're not suppost to oversight. Avilés needs to listen well. His family is in it, and his assistance to prevent the Captain visits the slammer will not take effect until Ingals explains what is this he's about to find out. The staff may find itself in peril. Heads might roll upon Major General Porter returning to the Isthmus.
