Love, Simon meets There's Something About Mary in this lighthearted coming-of-age tale of self-discovery, support and finding love. Nate was determined to have the calm, college experience advertised in all those slow-motion ads with the soothing Morgan Freeman voice. And now that he's away from his crazy, overprotective parents, this could also be his only chance in life to get rid of that pesky virginity of his. On his first day, Nate meets Alex, an unbelievably attractive senior who is particularly interested in Nate, his art and also, in his virginity. Alex makes Nate doubt his sexuality and when Nate starts to hang out with Colt, a hot senior who teases and challenges him every chance he gets, his doubts are pretty much confirmed. Colt offers to help Nate realize his "gayness" by getting him with Alex but there is the issue of Alex apparently having a "boyfriend of sorts" and Colt being an infuriating piece of work. Between the Friends-His-Parents-Warned-Him-About(TM), extravagant student get-aways and awakened desires, Nate has his work cut out for him.
