The Reflections of a Professor

This book is a pen down compendium of my articles originated from life long experience derived in the field of education through teaching, literacy & rehabilitation projects, literary and edifying activities, international conferences, universal voyage, etc. The phase-wise details of my vigorous involvement and energetic contribution in the successful Rehabilitation project of the Slum Dwellers in Alwaye, Kerala, India, had been encrypted in this book. The triumphant humanitarian project was overwhelmingly commended and highly praised by the Government of India and various prominent international organizations all over the world. I received incessant applauds and standing ovations when I presented my experience of the Project at International Conferences held at various prestigious Universities around the globe. The success of this Project and thereby uplifting the lives of the downtrodden sections of the society into the main stream was considered as one of my greatest achievement in the service to mankind. The article namely 'Literacy Liberates' based on my vital role and involvement in the Total Literacy Project of Ernakulam District in Kerala, India, is also another masterpiece to read. It depicts about the historic experiment in empowering the marginalized through adult literacy under the aegis of the Project constituted by Government of India with a mission to eradicate illiteracy in the nation. This book also tenderly enchants about the peculiar lives of some of the Western poets and writers. It also takes the readers a commemorative cruise through the corridors of Westminster Abbey, the National Cemetery of England and the Great Memorial where the renowned and celebrated poets and writers of England are laid to rest with honour. This book throws light into the extraordinary and miserable lives of Queens and Kings of ancient Britain and also narrates about the bloody events of murders, treachery, cheating and adultery that occurred in the Royal History of England. This book also portrays the murder of a Saintly Bishop within the Holy Cathedral.
