An ExCELlent Spirit

I learned over the past 30 years of being a leader in family, ministry and business life that it is God who can exalt and humble the same person. Like Paul the Apostle, I can say through personal experience that I know both how to be abased, and I know how to abound; everywhere and in all things I was taught walk in excellence in times I was full and when I was found to be hungry, both to abound and to suffer need but the great lesson I learned was that I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me no matter what the circumstances or situation.
