Sprout On Barren Land

This work of poetry is drawn from my, mind's eye, thoughts, view of the world and fascination with female archetypes, feminism, transcended beings and their supremacies. My childhood life greatly influenced my cognizance in more ways than one. My strength is drawn from thoughts of hope for a better tomorrow, my pain, gain, love, heartache, struggles and conquests. The poems were scribbled as I felt at that particular moment...hence, the varied juxtaposition of different themes like War, Love, Politics, Philosophy, Despair and much more.
