The Earth Beneath

The world wants him dead. Thirty-year-old Shen Jin is a Mystic, a person born with elemental abilities, always avoiding being found out for what he is by the rest of the world. In the year 500 AM, Shen and his family were separated when the rest of the world began to persecute the Mystics. Eighteen years later, he must travel across the country of Batung in the search for his younger brother. Along the way, he befriends other travelers like him, and must continue to hide what he is, lest him and his newfound companions be caught and killed. Together, they'll fight off droves of bandits and soldiers, take down malicious spirits, and try to get that much closer to finding Shen's brother.
