Skip Boots is a heart warming story about a young red panda who is looking for his parents. Skip stows away on a plane heading to Africa with his baby blanket, Purple. Once there, Skip meets safari animals like Freckles the Giraffe who gives him directions to help him find his parents. Skip saves Sadie, a young elephant who is stuck in a trap. Sadie introduces him to all the Safari animals where Skip dances his country two step and gets introduce to Jungle Hip Hop. In the midst of their dancing hunters come and everyone hides to escape except Ripples the Rhino who is taken by a poacher. Skip goes to help the Rhino and ends up finding a way to save all the animals and finding his family, too. Skip's dad Red Boots tells him he is not a prairie dog but a Red Panda. Sometimes you can come out after hiding your true identity. The story is dedicated to Cecil The Lion. It is story filled with sweet fun about animals who meet, dance and become friends. Come meet the Jungle Band: Boomer The Hippo, Bangles the drummer tiger, Tickles the trash can clanging chimp, Lilly Tusks & Kimboo Tusks drum on pots and pans, the punk rock Zebra twins string on the guitar, Freckles plays the washboard, Jiggers the hyena is the chorus & Skip Boots does the country two step. Skip Boots was told he is a prairie dog by his parents to keep safe from being found out he is really a sought after Red Panda used for fur coats. Skip Boots baby blanket, Purple his BFF who turns into things to help him on his journey to find his parents and blossom into the discovery is he a beautiful red panda.
