Apprenticed to her father, she is in line to get everything she could ever ask for in life. That all changes, however, when Premae comes to their island from Lhademon Homeland. After Reyna's father is horrifically injured in what Reyna believes to be attempted murder, Premae is quick to take over the house. Reyna's desperate for any help, and she gets it when she stumbles across a roguish stranger from across the ocean. With the help of him and his magic, Reyna searches to find out the truth.
