Sam and Belle

Sam and Belle are new people, just recently created by a powerful being called Yudan. Sam and Belle don't know much about the world, but Belle in particular is eager to learn. One day Belle meets someone new. His name is Sacha. He tells Belle that she can discover new truths and become mature and wise. Unfortunately, to gain this knowledge and wisdom, Belle must disobey Yudan. Yudan has warned Belle and Sam that if they become knowledgeable, they will die. But Sacha says this is a lie. Whom should Belle believe? What will she choose? Will she remain ignorant or seek education? And if Belle decides to take her new friend Sacha's advice, pursuing understanding and insight, what will happen? Will Belle die? This short book, with a drawing on almost every page, is an adaptation of the biblical story of Adam and Eve. It gives new insight and offers an alternative ending. The book is best read with a parent present.
