Happily Never After

Cherry, suffering the after effects of a particularly traumatic end of her marriage, finds nightly refuge after work at a friendly café. There she can relax for a few minutes in the comforting atmosphere before going home to begin the demands of being a single Mum to her twin girls again. Having always been interested in other people, but never nosy, Cherry offers support to others who have had or are suffering from relationship breakdowns. When the totally unexpected happens, giving Cherry the opportunity to work at the café, she finds the incentive to move forward with her own life and to accept the past. As she goes about her daily tasks she begins to find out more about the lives and troubles of the café's clients, and the secrets they have hidden for years. Each one has their own story to tell, and somehow, listening to them and supporting them opens new doors and heals old wounds. A light hearted tale about past disasters, new beginnings and sometimes even new loves and happiness.
