The team's talents are repurposed directly for the benefit of the city under the watchful eye of the new commissioner. The Heroes continue to gain unlikely members as a pair of conjoined twins join their ranks. Meanwhile, Boss Winston continues to push the boundaries of the Engineer's elemental applicators.
