Espinoza

Texas Ranger, Freddie Espinoza, was drawn into the world of a crazed drug smuggler in Hughes's first novel, Kilborn. In Espinoza, he is center stage in pursuit of the drug-smuggling county sheriff. Freddie discovers an old friend--and now--DEA agent has the sheriff in his crosshairs. Their former army buddy, a Benedictine monk in his final days is also on the case in a very unusual way.
