I believe this book was given to me by inspiration of the Holy Spirit. In this book, I share my ups and downs with food consumption, and how I learned to mentally and physically destroy being a glutton with food. This book will enlighten you to search yourself, and find the power within you to totally break free and gain control of your eating habits.
