I couldn't worry that
my lines ran
longer than 3 to 5
and wouldn't fit on a
throw cushion
in a nice suburban home
or laid out over
pink sunsets
on
Instagram
spouting platitudes, gratitude(s), AFFIRMATIONS
empower meant
or LOVE
because they were never about
The Medium
or
The Audience
other than the bastard
I watch brushing his teeth
most days.
