Change your mind! This is what is often said to those who are stuck in patterns and cycles of defeat. It is very good advice, but no ever quite tells you the process needed for completing the task. How does one change his mind and ultimately change his life? It is this author's belief that one must rely upon the power and leading of Holy Spirit, as well as, the authority of God's written Word to destroy negative, unproductive thought patterns.
