Burglars break into a jewelery-store, one dark and stormy night, so looks like a job for Mighty-Girl, defender of truth, justice, and the American Way, but when little Andrew Standridge is abducted by aliens on a family camping-trip, which is how Carol Anne Smith became Mighty-Girl, but instead of using these powers that the aliens give him for good, like Carol Anne, little Andrew Standridge goes the opposite way;he uses it for evil, as he hates Mighty-Girl, and puts it as his goal to rid the world of Mighty-Girl, and he's not alone, as Mafioso, Vincent Luingio also wants to get rid of Mighty-Girl after she breaks up a drug-deal orchestrated by him and his henchmen.
