Jessica saw the notice at NYU, when the recruiters came around. Adventure and great rewards beckoned. She was accepted and shipped off to a small island, where she found a hotel and over a hundred other contestants. Among them was Derek. Their mutual attraction was instant. But as their relationship deepened, everything around them appeared determined to destroy it. For nothing was what it appeared to be.
