"There are many books out relating to mental fitness and positive outlooks on life. However, not all are relatable. The title drew my attention because I love psychology but it's far more than psychology. It's about life and how we choose to view life. How we view our circumstances and situations that arise in our lives. It's an eye opener to the things we subconsciously allow in our "life space" to slow us down including our own selves. It's also a motivator towards self improvement. Procrastination and the damage it can do if left to roam freely; is one of the many topic covered in the book. It's not just a motivational book it's a thinking book. It provokes thought and reflection. I purchased the hard copy and decided to start reading on kindle early. I've already finished the book but it's also one of those books you can actually go back to for reference and a reminder of where you started or even to gain a different understanding. It's well worth the purchase and read." Customer Review
