It is necessary to consider the foundations of strategic and economic thought running a national system to perceive the economic position of the model. In this perspective, explaining the "Paradigm" as an essential precondition for economic philosophy and the course of strategic thinking is the first and major step. There are four general paradigms of thinking in four areas of thoughts including: "Economy" in modern thought, "Kad'amay" in Persian thought, "Eghtesad" in Arabic thought and "Bai" in Quran thought. Adam Smith's economy paradigm eliminates God's hand from modern economy paradigm by the theory of invisible hand. Over 300 years this thought dominates the world of supply and demand, I just want to challenge the current philosophy and bring back the hand of God to the economy as the propulsion and regulator by his parameters. He directs the economy of supply and demand with divine rules, every one works for the transcendental goals in this subjective framework. By the way inclusion criteria were Bai for the Iranian economy, accordingly the presentation of the National Doctrine of Economy of the Islamic Republic of Iran on the perspective 2035 were confronted with a paradigm shift from the current global economic paradigms to the Quranic economy.
