When the Gospel writers, through the Holy Spirit, penned the inerrant words of Jesus, they provided generations with majestic, glorious words - words filled with wisdom; words that carry life, eternal life.

He holds ?ve earned academic degrees, including a doctor of ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He has served on local, state and national committees and boards of the Southern Baptist Convention. In 2005 he served as president of the South Carolina Baptist Convention.
