Odes and Elegies: Eco-Poetry from the Texas Gulf Coast is an anthology of poetry written by poets from all walks of life about the Gulf Coast region of Texas. These are contemporary nature poems that celebrates the beauty of the landscape, laments its destruction at the hands of climate change and rapid urbanization, bears witness to the natural disasters, and rallies for climate justice for all who call this complicated place home.
