Stephen A Dull
Steve Dull's parents' devotion to their faith took the family from Indiana to Georgia, Texas, California, and, ultimately, Africa. A vision his mother had led his father to purchase and learn to fly a small plane in order to make their calling to minister to African natives a reality. Because of Genie and Harry Dull's belief in God's plan for them, their sons, Steve and John, explored different cultures, both in the United States and abroad. Adapting to new environments became second nature to Steve. Frequently setting out on his own in order to immerse himself in exotic terrain and customs, he sometimes traveled across Monrovia with one or both of his parents, witnessed amazing events, and became acquainted with the intriguing lives and beliefs of natives. Even when it was time for him to return to the United States alone, he thrilled to the adventure of transcontinental flights and appreciated the brief time he spent in various countries along the way. Steve Dull's boyhood exploits left him with a taste for excitement. His adventurous streak never left him. Steve's African adventure helped to pave the way for his journey through life, one that continues to this day.
