Putting on the Whole Armor of God

Ephesians 6:10ff tells us to put on the whole armor of God in order to keep the devil from gaining a foothold that may ultimate destroy much of what you hold dear. It then tells us to don the belt of truth and the breastplate of righteousness, shod our feet in the preparation of the Gospel of peace, take up the shield of faith, the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit which is the Word of God.
