It shows how abuse effects every aspect of a victim's life, their decisions, their self-esteem, their sense of well-being can all be negatively affected by the abuse.

This book answers questions about abuse, and why some people forget the abuse until they are adults. It answers how it affects the abused and how they can heal from the abuse.
