Summer Tate was a smart, sweet intelligent young girl who grew up in the streets of Baltimore. As we all know that can be a task within itself, Summer Tate hooked up with the wrong crowed and became homeless and a drug addict. then one day on October 27,2007 a day Summer will never forget, but how could she that's the day her life changed for the better.
