It sounded like a good idea at the time... All we wanted was enough to get our lives back on track. We'd be in disguise. Four women taking back from the rich, like modern day female Robin Hoods. I'd lost my job, wrecked the car, and my husband couldn't get enough overtime at the police department to make a dent in the disaster that had become our lives. Yes, I was married to a cop, but we were one missed mortgage payment away from living in a cardboard box with our kids. My friends were barely better off. We planned every detail.
