Young leaders often desire to advance urgently, however, never consider the process it takes to properly endure development. The mind of the young leader operates in the state of "why." Millennial leaders enjoy discovering why something must occur as opposed to figuring out what is occurring. Often, young leaders are anointed and called to a specific purpose, however, identifying and pursuing said purpose is a task within it-self.
