Through Darkened Light

"I wish that I could say that I've been a happy camper these days but I'm afraid I'd be fooling myself. I'd be lying to myself if I'd say that everything was fine and that I was having the time of my life. But I am not. I'd be lying about the fact that I cry aloud, most of the day and well into the night, fingering through old photo albums, rummaging through faded photographs and staring at the ceiling and at the wall. That is what I do these days. "
