Life is just like a bicycle and one would have to pedal it constantly to keep balance. Rishis of ancient times in India used to utter 'Charoibeti' in Sanskrit which means keep moving. This was the guiding factor for the author to find out a career after retirement from active services instead of wasting time doing nothing. The author wanted to do the research in Management in a premier institute and dedicate his life for teaching budding Managers of today. However, entry to the Institute to search for truth was not so smooth as envisaged in the beginning. There was every chance of missing the bus for ever and this haunted the author from time to time. But timely intervention of his late father in the dream guided him to enter the citadel of knowledge as a senior citizen at last. The challenge to meet the stiff target of getting the Master Degree certificate within seven days from Allahabad University almost proved to be the nemesis for the author because of a costly mistake in calculation on the part of an officer and nature's fury.
