As Time Goes by

Dean Anderson was raised on a farm near Ardmore, Oklahoma. In addition to the labor of helping his father on the farm, Dean was trained to be a pilot in a crop duster. He earned his pilot's license at 16. He earned a commercial and instrument rating at the local airport. Continuing in his father's footsteps, he attended the University of Oklahoma and graduated as an Aeronautical Engineer. From his mother, Dean learned ballroom dancing. He learned to play the piano from his father and the trumpet from his Uncle Dan. Dean was touring with his uncle's band during the summers when he was in high school. He graduated from the University with an aeronautical engineering degree and entered the Air Force for training as a B-52 pilot in SAC. He served his country in Vietnam under difficult circumstances. Like his father in WWII and uncle in Korea, he was wounded during combat. After a medical discharge, he formed a band to pursue a musical career. Dean entered the music world at the beginning of the digital age. The most extraordinary part of his life's story is his love affair with Michelle - a very wealthy owner of banks and companies. She is intelligent, innovative and Harvard-educated. The difference she makes in Dean's life is the heart of the story.
