Mexican Drug Cartel Atrocities. The Zombie Apocalypse. Texas Public Highway Safety Officer Armando Castillo was once one of the most dignified members of the state organization until a run-in with a Mexican drug cartel forced him into a life on the wrong side of the law. When the zombie apocalypse hits, their boss sees an opportunity and assigns a new job: Destroy rival cartels and take over their book of business before delivering the drug lord across the border to San Uvalde, Texas, where his family is housed.
