Past Shame, Present Pain, Future Gain

These poems Past Shame, Present Pain, Future Gain are about my past and that of some people which are full of shame because of their own deeds and that of their parents or ancestors. Present Pain that they are going through and overcoming through the Blood of Jesus Christ. Finally the Future Gain that we have hope for the return of our LORD Jesus Christ. Our heavenly Father led me to write these poems that deal with daily issues that we face. I write not because I have achieved but simply depending on the Holy Spirit daily for help in my walk with our LORD Jesus Christ. The journey to heaven is not an easy one on the narrow road but possible because "with God all things are possible." For some of us who have Past Shame we cannot change it but take the action Paul took "forget about the past and look forward the higher calling of Jesus Christ." The Present Pain is not forever because God says "I will never leave you nor forsake you." How comforting to hear our heavenly Father says "When you go through fire you will not burn because I'm with you. When you go through the waters it will not overflow you because I'm with you."
