This book explores the perception and attitudes of employees in an attempt to evaluate the level of satisfaction towards the existing performance appraisal system in selected banking organization of Bangladesh. For this study, researcher has administered a survey questionnaire among the employees of selected bank to know about their overall perception with the existing system of performance appraisal. Though overall perception found to be satisfactory but few employees have pointed out some issues which should be given proper attention.
