Seizure is an extensively common disease. It is predicted that 10% of common population experience seizure episodes once in life. This study is a modest effort to assess the efficacy of Lamotrigine and Gabapentine as an adjuvant therapy with Carbamazepine in patients of Partial seizures refractory to conventional Carbamazepine dose. The efficacy is determined by measuring seizures frequency, seizure free interval, pattern of seizures and responder rate.
