The study has come out with four set of variables viz. organisational culture, commitment, organisational citizenship behaviours and turnover intentions that had showed a strong relationship with the underlying problem of attrition in BPO sector. On the basis of extant literature, some objectives and hypotheses had been drawn which could form the basis of further research in this field.
