Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is the best tool for the measurement of relative efficiency of non-profit organization. It has been widely used to measure the relative efficiency of public universities, schools, hospitals, fire services and local authorities. This book is the first application of the DEA for the relative efficiency measurement of maritime enforcement agencies that students and researchers need to know.
